Moves busbar-auth-github to busbar predev
41fd7c5f386fa098890c031721f19bfca903f225(1.6.0), the pin plugin-drift's sync PR renders at (/status rows 81 and 136).plugin render --tree . --pin <sha> 1.6.0, main 1b722918, template unchanged at 3365ddbc); Cargo.lock is re-seeded from busbar's lock at the pin (lock parity, the c-deps allow-list held) and the manifests' busbar revs move with.busbar-ref. A repo whose declares file states network needs carries the suite's host adapter as GetBusbar/busbar-release#363 renders it (the carrier door composed as busbar's root composes it at this pin).With this merged, the drift sync PR for this repo carries nothing beyond it.
